Battery life and charging performance: Detect the number of times the juice can be squeezed continuously after full charge, and the capacity attenuation of the battery after multiple charge and discharge cycles to ensure the continuity of daily use. At the same time, check the compatibility of the charging interface, whether it can be successfully charged through different USB power supply devices such as computers and power banks, as well as the charging speed. The fast charging function can save users time.

Material safety: Test the food-grade plastic or stainless steel material of the cup body. Plastics must ensure that no harmful chemicals are leaked, such as bisphenol A, and stainless steel must meet the corresponding food contact material standards to prevent harmful substances from migrating into drinks and endangering health; the strength and wear resistance of the blade material must also be considered to ensure that it will not break or deform during long-term use.

Sealing performance: Check the sealing effect between the lid and the cup body, simulate different usage scenarios, such as inversion and shaking, observe whether there is juice leakage, and avoid juice leakage when carrying and staining clothes or causing burns.

2. Testing method

Juicing performance test: Prepare fruit and vegetable samples of standard quality and hardness, put them into the juice cup, use a professional timer to record the juicing time, measure the juice output with a measuring cylinder after juicing, and repeat the average value for multiple times to ensure data accuracy.

Battery and charging detection: Use a professional battery capacity tester to monitor battery life, simulate daily use for multiple juicing cycles, and observe the change in battery capacity; use different USB power supply devices to connect the juice cup for charging, record the charging time and check whether the charging process is normal.

Material safety assessment: Use chemical analysis to detect harmful substances in the extract of the cup body material; the blade material is tested by physical performance testing instruments, applying a certain pressure and friction force, and observing its wear and deformation.

Sealing performance experiment: Fill the juice cup with water, tighten the lid, and perform operations such as upright, inverted, and horizontal shaking. After leaving it for a period of time, check for signs of leakage.

There are relevant standards such as GB 4806.1 "National Food Safety Standard General Safety Requirements for Food Contact Materials and Products" in China to regulate material safety; some companies in the industry have also formulated their own product standards, covering juicing performance, battery life and other aspects to ensure reliable product quality and align with international standards, so that portable juicers can be sold in the global market.
